Arlo Wired Doorbell will not stay connected to 4540 Smarthub for more than a few seconds

Hello,

Arlo Wired Doorbell will not stay connected to 4540 Smarthub for more than a few seconds but stays connected to router just fine. I have the most up to date firmware and apps and my doorbell has a strong signal as it is located 20 feet away from the smarthub. The smarthub is located 40 feet away from the router to limit signal interference. There is no metal surrounding my doorway that I am aware of. I have read all relevant posts regarding similar issues here on this forum that I can find and I haven't been able to solve this problem and it is quite frustrating.

If a reset of the doorbell doesn't help, swap at the store or use the Contact Support link at the bottom here for a possible hardware problem.
