Arlo Video Doorbell

My video doorbell is not working with Alexa this is not fix, i can only have audio no video......Arlo works well in my phone or tablet. Why is this problem not fix already. You have in your page that Arlo works with Alexa and google but your statement is not true with Alexa. If i knew this was going to be a problem i would purchase another doorbell brand. I need to know is this is going to be fix or not so i can make a decision and return the doorbell and buy another brand.
