Arlo Video Doorbell synced to Hub or WiFi only?

I am looking at buying a set of cameras with the smarthub more specifically the Pro 3, would i be able to include my arlo video doorbell in the hub or will it remain connected to wifi only, thank you!

Which doorbell?

 

The AVD1001 (wired) doorbell can be paired with a smarthub.

 

The AVD2001 (wire free) doorbell cannot be paired as of today.  Arlo says they are working to add that feature, but they haven't committed to a date.
