Can I use all the features of my Base VMB4000r3 when I buy a Arlo Video Doorbell? I want to avoid the subscription. I have an external storage attached to the Hub. Will the Video Doorbell connect to my Hub?

@BvdB,

currently the video doorbell only connects directly to your wi-fi and not to your hub, although I believe that may change in the near future. So, currently there is no provision for local storage. Also, be advised that all new Arlo devices will require a subscription for cloud storage/recordings.
