Arlo Video Doorbell - Live feed now black and white during night

Used to be color until recently night time live feed became only b&w. No change to settings off late. Not sure why?

Might just be a change in the amount of light outdoors.  If it's too dark the system will automatically shift to IR Nightvision (which looks b&w).

No change to night light ambient conditions. Daytime is fine ie color.

Arlo Essential is color during night time. Only Pro3's - night time hv this pblm.

??? Your title says the video doorbell has the problem.  Can you clarify?

If you are seeing this on the Pro 3 cameras, you might want to check the low light settings for the cameras.

FWIW, in many cases Nightvision gives you higher quality than low-light color.
