Hi,
We have two video doorbells at two different locations and a plan that supports up to four doorbells.
The doorbell at the second location isn’t ringing. We’ve tried connecting and disconnecting WiFi the device, and we’ve checked the volume settings. We can see the video feed/notifications, but we do not receive notifications on our mobile devices or our chime when someone rings the doorbell.
We hope someone can assist us with this issue.

You have to have a plan per location. One plan will not work for multiple locations.
