The quality of the camera is poor. I have a strong signal. My base station is within 15 feet. I even sprung for the "4k" video but downloaded file sizes are the same as the "2k". Attached is a screen shot from the downloaded video of a delivery person. I would blur out their face but no need since the camera does that with poor video quality. This is the best frame of the video as well.

What does the signal strength indicator show for the doorbell?

 

Within Settings > My Devices > doorbell > Video Settings > What resolution do you have selected?
