Activity zone not working

I've seen previous posts on the activity zone not working but nothing very recent.  The activity zone for my Arlo doorbell quit working; even better this coincided with me starting to pay for the subscription.  To the team at Arlo:  please help with this.  Solving this problem should not be this difficult.

Have you deleted the zone and recreated it?
