All of a sudden the doorbell is no longer respecting my longtime set activity zone that I have had in place since day one and has worked flawlessly. It is detecting cars on the street now. I have restarted my device, lowered my activity zone just a bit (which I don't think I should have to do) and nothing resolves this. This started happening right after an update to the app. Using iOS 15.0.2
I even deleted the app and reinstalled and that did not work. Anyone else having this issue? Thx!

FWIW, the activity zone processing is done in the Arlo Cloud - the app is only used to set/change the boundaries.
@JamesC: I am seeing a significant increase in motion recordings from my AVD1001 today, not sure if that is what @WhoIsThere is seeing or not. I am also getting "motion" notifications for each of them, even though "all other motion" is turned off in the smart settings.
I am still on IOS 14.8.

The development team is currently investigating reports of issues with Smart detection. The activity zone problem mention here may be related. I will provide an update once I know more.

Hi @JamesC
This looks like it was an issue on Arlo's end because several cars and school buses have gone by on my street and the motion alert did not trigger. So it looks like the issue is resolved and the motion alerts are respecting my set activity zone. I'm glad, because my motion alerts were going CRAZY this morning.
Thanks again!!
