Access to recordings without subscription

Hello,

I have an emergency situation where recordings from my video door bell would help.

is there a way to access the recordings without subscription or go back to them after purchasing one?

They were never made in the first place, so unfortunately there are no recordings to access.

Thanks for your response. I believe the recording was made base do motion activation. Would that help?

If you have USB storage in the base station, then the recording might have been made.  You could eject the storage, plug it into a PC and look for it.

Otherwise, the recording was NOT made unless you have a subscription.  You would have gotten a notification, but no recording.
