AVD2001 Doorbell no audio from visitors

My doorbell will chime, I can see people on my porch, and they can hear me, but I cannot hear any audio from my doorbell. I have taken the battery out, rebooted the doorbell, but nothing.

In the audio setting for the doorbell, is the microphone setting enabled?

Yes, microphone and speaker are all enabled, it's not on silent, not sure what's going on.

Remove the doorbell from your account, reset it and add it back in as below:

Otherwise, use the app to go to Settings, Support. Choose the doorbell and scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support for a possible RMA.
