A random person has started answering my doorbell. No one has access to my doorbell other than me and because the call quality is so bad (I’ve never been able to answer the doorbell remotely myself), I don’t know who they are and can’t talk to them.

Start by changing your account password. If connected to WiFi, you may want to change your WiFi password, too.

Also, the email password for the account.  The "random person" needs to get past the two-factor authentication.  They won't get web push or text messages (unless they changed the phone number in the SMS setup), so they must be using email verification.

I also suggest running antimalware software on your PCs.  They might have gotten your passwords from something running on a PC.

Thanks jguerdat & StephenB. I’ve reset my passwords. I’m wondering if there is maybe an auto answer function? I don’t have leave a voicemail turned on.

Just the voicemail function.
