3 month trial

I have received a video doorbell as part of a metropolitan police and university college London scheme. I have set up my user but there is no option for the 3 month trial. How do I pick this up?

Normally the trial is automatically opted in.

If you are seeing recordings for the doorbell (or can make a manual recording), then there is a subscription.

You can also look at the subscription plan in the app - recently trial subscriptions were changed to 1 month, so you should probably look there anyway, so you know the expiration date.
