Hi All,
Having some trouble with the Wirefree Doorbell. It has been offline so following the troubleshooting i have reset in both app and on the device.
The App now cannot find the device. We get the success tone too
So far we have tried a QR code generator, reset MULTIPLE times to no avail. Our wifi network is showing however that the doorbell is connected to the network.
Any ideas?

Give us details as to how you reset both in the app and device. You would remove the doorbell from your account to reset it as well as following the reset procedure:
