I've given up, I've been trying to connect a new door bell for nearly two hours.

I've followed all the prompts, taken my phone off WiFi assist, checked 2.4GHz network, reset the device, and it still won't connect.

I get a chime, and then the lights flash red before shutting off. I'm sitting 3m from the router, with a strong connection.

I'm at a complete loss. Help me!

As I know make sure you're entering the correct Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password. If you're not sure, you can find this information on your Wi-Fi router or contact your Internet service provider for assistance because sometimes, the router itself can encounter issues that prevent devices from connecting. Try restarting your router by unplugging it from the power source, waiting for about 10-15 seconds, and then plugging it back in. Wait for a few minutes for the router to fully restart, and then attempt to connect your device again.
