Why can’t we get notifications of doorbell rings on an Apple Watch? Only get movement notifications.

It’s very frustrating that when the doorbell is pressed, no notification goes to an Apple Watch (can’t speak for other smart watches). These days they’re very common, and I often have my phone muted. Being able to see that the doorbell was rang on a watch would be a huge help. I’ve seen a lot of posts about this a couple of years ago (starting 2019!) and apparently this hasn’t been implemented yet?
