I’ve had my Arlo cameras for about three years and quite frankly I can’t even tell you which version they are. I recently purchased a wireless doorbell and I cannot get it hooked up wireless to my Internet. I’m getting a message saying I need to update my base. Does anybody know what Base I should purchase?

Look on the base station for a label that starts with VMB.  That will give you the model of the base station.

Open one of the cameras and remove the battery. You'll find a label inside that will identify the camera.

Are you wanting to connect it to the base station, or connect it to your home wifi?

The wireless doorbell can do either (though it does require a VMB4xxx or VMB5000 base).
