When I’m at work my Arlo app logs me out & gives me an error when I try to log back in

Does anyone know how to speak to an actual person? The chat option is a joke. When I try to click phone customer service it’s just grey.
When I’m at work my Arlo app logs me out & gives me an error when I try to log back in. I’ve had my Arlo for months & have never had this issues. As soon as I get home the app lets me log right back in.

Check that the app settings allow you to use cellular data as well as wifi.
Do you get normal phone service when you are at work? Or is there not enough signal?
Note that if the phone is using your office wifi, the company's firewall might be blocking the connection. So I also suggest logging in when you are not connected to the office wifi.
