I have recently finished my trial and taken out a subscription, however, now non of my videos are being saved in my Library. I have not done anything different other than subscribe ??? This is really frustrating me.

- Have you checked that the camera(s) are in the subscription plan? Use a PC (browse to my.arlo.com), go into the subscription area and look for "manage cameras".
- When you livestream a camera, can you make a manual recording?

Hi, yes the camera is in my subscription and yes when I manually record it appears in my library.

Ok.
Have you double-checked that the camera is armed?
If it is, perhaps try the motion detection test.
