Video doorbell Push not working

Most visitors cannot push the doorbell hard enough for it to call or ring chime. It does seem to need a very firm finger? Is it faulty it’s predecessor was already changed for not ringing ?

While the doorbell does require a firm button press, I wouldn't describe it as being difficult. I encourage you to reach out to the Arlo Support team to investigate further. You can find support options under Settings > Support within the Arlo Secure mobile app.
