Unknown Error logging into app

I have been unable to log in to the Arlo app on my iPhone (iOS 18.3.1) for a while now. I am, however, able to log in using a desktop browser where I changed my password successfully. But still no luck logging into the app.

 

I have also uninstalled and re-installed the app. Powered off and on, etc.

 

Is there anything else I can try?

Is it failing on the two-factor authentication?  If not, when?

It was failing immediately after I clicked on the Log In button (after completing the Email and Password fields). Your question about 2FA made me think, so I logged onto my desktop and changed the 2FA from SMS to Email and it worked (second time round). If I change it back to SMS it doesn't work again.

 

Just happy I could log in again, but something with SMS 2FA seems to be broken.
