Arlo has been charging me $5.30 per month. This charge is unauthorized. I'm submitting for dispute and will also submit as credit card fraud to Chase if I don't get a response. I have tried to use support but even for this issue where I DO NOT HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION yet Arlo is charging for it, you will not provide any response. If I don't get a response here i will be forced to report to the Massachusetts Attorney General Consumer fraud department as well as raise as a fraudulent vendor with Chase.

I'm still getting nowhere. A case was opened, and I'm asked for times to call me and nobody tries to call me. Nor is anyone trying to just respond by giving me a credit for the unauthorized charges. I am serious in that I'm going to report Arlo to the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
