How do you get an Arlo doorbell to recognize the new iPhone when the old iPhone is not available?

Could you provide more details about what you've done or what you're trying to do? If you've upgraded to a new mobile device, you should be able to log in to  the Arlo Secure mobile app on the new device using your existing credentials to see your Arlo account.
