Question on Military Discount and Customer Support

I'd like to order a few products from you. You offer a military discount but it doesn't show up when I log-in through ID.me. From other community posts, it looks like it's been an ongoing issue that hasn't been fixed for a couple of years (at least).

 

The other issue is there is no way to contact your customer support directly outside of this forum. There's a chat option listed but not icon/button that will allow for me to enter a chat with a representative.

 

That said, I'm hesitant to go with products from a company that has seemingly given up on their customer support. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

 

If I'm overlooking something, please let me know.

You contact support using the Arlo app.  Access to paid support requires an Arlo subscription (unless the cameras are under warranty).

They have a "chat" tab on their web page that isn't functional. I don't understand going through their app to ask a question on a purchase order, especially if it were from a potentially new customer. I also don't understand offering a discount that cannot be applied. They should just remove the discount option entirely.

 

When coupled, these things don't scream "great company". Regardless, I appreciate the reply.
