I do not have access to the cameras or getting notifications when the doorbell rings. It happened randomly last week and can see that the app is telling me to add a camera. I have had access to the camera for a number of years without issues and now randomly I cannot access it. My family still have access and I am the only one without it, so if I am home alone I am unable to retrieve deliveries. I have been trying for days to scan the QR code to set up the device again but it won’t scan and I am not hearing the chime. Please can someone call me to talk me through this as it is getting annoying that there is lot a phone number to use. I have the Arlo Video Doorbell Wire-Free. The helpful tips do not work.

It sounds like you are using a shared "Friend" account.

If that is the case, you do NOT try to install the doorbell to your account.  That cannot be done, as the doorbell is already in another account.

One option is to use the primary account credentials on your phone.  That is simplest.

Getting sharing to work properly again takes a little more work.  Start by looking at one of the accounts that is working.  Look to see if the app is showing "Feed" and "Dashboard", or whether it is showing "Library" instead.  Do the same check using your account.

All accounts need to be the same - if they are mismatched, the accounts showing "Library" need to migrate to "Feed".  Post back if that is your problem.
