Only get black video when connected to doorbell chime

When the doorbell rings to my phone I answer but only get black. It also takes forever. About a 10 second delay. Everything else is working fine with the doorbell. I have an Asus WiFi 6 mesh router about 7 feet away and it shows full WiFi bars.

Have you tried reducing the resolution?

Does this happen when the phone is using your home wifi?  Or just when it is only using mobile data?
