Notification Issue

Our (new) Arlo doorbell and our phones (android, one sansung and one lg stylo 5) are having an argument.  The day starts with us getting notifications but on up into the day we still get them but have no sound or notification.  The videos are there in the library, so they are coming through.  We have checked our volume and settings and have no changes - everything is good to go in theory.  It's like Arlo is just saying, look we are tired!  I don't know what else to do.  Could it be because there are a few videos in the library? I don't get a memory message or any errors.  This is happening on both our phones.  Any advice? Aside from this feature we are loving the doorbell cam.  It's very good to know when someone is out there and i have even enjoyed watching the occasional cat or dog go by.  Oh, one last question:  do any of you notice ea delay on your notifications?  Sometimes my phone doesn't ding until my husband is already in the house.  It being him, that's okay, but we got this to notify us if one person in particular comes around and we'd like to know he's out there before he knows we know.

For push notifications to be received, the Arlo app needs to be logged in and active. If you force close to app, or log out, the push notifications will no longer come through. If you notice you aren't receiving notifications, check to make sure you're logged in to the mobile app.
