No Battery notifications on Chime 2

Hi,
Out of the blue, I'm no longer receiving any "low battery" notifications on my app or emails etc for my Chime 2 even though I have an active subscription.  This was really frustrating as the doorbell went totally flat the other day and I missed 2 x important deliveries! Can anyone advise please?

The chime has no battery. Do you mean the doorbell itself? Which doorbell (or other cameras)?

Sorry I meant on the doorbell (where the battery is) . The Doorbell is a AVD2001 if that helps??

How many times has this occurred, I'm thinking there is a possibility the battery may be discharging quicker than expected and it went from a percentage within the appropriate threshold above 15% to offline before there was a chance to send a notification. 

 

Can you recharge and let me know if it occurs again?
