Greetings All, I changed my broadband. I can’t connect my wire-free doorbell back. I have followed all instructions but it still won't work. Is there any number to get Arlo support on the phone in the UK. Many thanks

They don't publish a phone number.  But you can get phone support using the support center in the app.  This does require a subscription.

If you see "Library" in your app menu, use this guide:

If you instead see "Feed" and "Dashboard", use this guide:

FWIW, the easiest approach is to set up the new router to use the same network name and password as the old one.  Then you don't need to change any of your devices.

Though if you removed the doorbell from the account, then it is too late to try that now.

In the UK, there is. I got it by going to the web based account and then logged in. I don't know if it's an active one, as I once tried to use it and I got cut off.

@Chuman45 were you able to contact support. If not can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
