No prior experience with Arlo.  Moved to a new home in a new state.  Notice an Arlo video doorbell at the entrance, nothing was said by seller about it.  If I want to use the Arlo, I assume I would have to be in touch with the seller and then ….?  Who knows?  This company seems to dare you to use their products and service, since you can’t find anyone to talk to for information.

You'd have to contact the previous owner and have them remove the doorbell from their account.

Then it would be possible to create your own account and add the doorbell to it.  Note you need to install the doorbells using a smartphone or tablet - you can't do it using a PC.

You will need a subscription to get any recordings.
