How do I stop the app sending motion detection notifications to my phone? I feel I've tried everything and I have the notification disabled on all modes but I am still getting the notifications sent every time. The only way to stop it is to mute all notifications from the app but then if someone presses the door bell it won't alert me on my phone. I am not subscribed to Arlo secure anymore. I was originally and this was never an issue then. Please can someone advise? I can't ever get through to customer support

Are you still experiencing this issue? Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app? Is this occurring with an Android or iOS device?

Yes still experiencing this issue. Tried reinstalling the app several times and on numerous devices its still happening even when we fully mute all notifications.
