Missing Week of Events

Installed my wirefree on January 13th. I have events from January 13th to January 22nd, and January 30th to present.

I didn't take the doorbell down, there were no battery issues, I cannot think of any reason on my end why I would just not have a week's worth of video. Any ideas?

Have you checked your active mode to ensure it's not disarmed? Are you using the schedule and/or geofencing?
