Hi folks

I have just installed my Arlo ADV2001 wireless doorbell and want to link it with

1. my Apple phone (done) and also with

2. my wife’s, and also with

3. our Google hub unit which would be to main unit to control visitors.
It would be appreciated if you could advise me on whether this can be done, and also how to do it.

Thanks in anticipation.

regards

Ian

Do you have an arlo base/smarthub?  Or just the doorbell?

Connecting to Google Home requires a base/smarthub.

IMO, this is more complicated than it should be.  Basic instructions are here:

Accept the invite for her account on a PC (following the instructions at the bottom) - this works more reliably than trying to do in with the app.

After that is done, you might also need to migrate your account to "feed".   This will be necessary if you see "Library" at the the bottom of the app.  There's a newer user interface which has "feed" and "dashboard" - her account will have that interface, and both accounts need to match.

You can migrate to "feed" by going into add device and starting to add a Pro 5s camera.  That can't be completed, because you don't have that camera.  But the process will migrate you to "feed".
