I am missing the charging cord for my wireless doorbell and there is NOBODY to talk to.

Obviously Arlo no longer wants to their customers. I have asked several different ways on the fact that I was missing the charging cord and there is NO valid response. What kind of company doesn't communicate with their customers.

Are you saying you lost the cable or there was no cable included originally? Did you already open a support ticket?
