Hi, I have tries everything to connect my Arlo video doorbell to my WiFi router but without any results. My IPhone is connected to the same 2,4Ghz, this is 2,4Ghz extra, could that be the trouble? I have also 5Ghz, they have the same password. Could someone help me please?

When in the setup process does it fail? Is your WiFi encryption set to WPA2 (AES)? Any non-standard characters in your SSID or password? Do you have any other cameras connected to WiFi?
