I just set up the essential wireless doorbell and tried to grant my husband access. He clicked on the email link and created an account but the doorbell does not show up in his app. From my app it says his invite is “pending”. I tried deleting the invite and resending it. What else should I try?

Kjtruluck,
If the status still shows pending, that means the link was not completed successfully. When setting up the grant access account, you must log in or create a new account using the link provided in the invitation email.
