Dear all,
After installing the doorbell, getting an account I tried to invite my wife as well as a friend.
The mail was sent but we didn't succeed in coupleing the device to her account.
Untill I read somewhere that the invite had to be acknowlegded on a device not beeing a phone.
This worked....but now...
The doorbell only rings or better calls with my phone. Is it possible to also let it ring on her phone the same time.
Or isn't that a possiblity.
A different question if I want to hardwire the battery which transformer is there for being sold???
Best regards,
N. Pouw
The Netherlands.

Nielson21,
If you've completed setup using Grant Access, the shared account should also receive a call when the doorbell button is pressed.
Make sure you've completed sharing via Grant Access as described here: How do I add friends to my Arlo account?
Also be sure that she is logged in to the shared account on her device.
