Recently installed a wireless video doorbell. The sensing, motion detection and video works fine. However, when someone rings the bell and we answer the call, we can hear them fine, but our voice is barely audible to the person outside, making this useless for the purpose of a two way conversation. I saw some old threads regarding this but no conclusion. Bell and chime bundle was purchased from Costco.

Have you been able to use more than one device to connect with the doorbell... it may be possible it is the phone.
Voice on some cameras in past have been low but it is device dependent.
Maybe an external mic may work or try thru the browser to connect ( my.arlo.com )
Morse is faster than texting!

Yes, we have tried with multiple phones. The result is the same - almost inaudible sound at the doorbell. This seems like a problem with the doorbell itself.
