Hi I am in the UK , I have a wirefree Arlo Essential Door bell and chime ,
I have set my router to 2.4G. and turned off 5G. I have gone through the installation process several times. The QR code works and it gives a chime . It then says doorbell found following which it then says Firmware status cannot be checked .
Does anyone have a solution to this ?
