I'm having issues with the doorbell notifying me via my phone when motion is detected. It worked well for the first 48 hours but now nothing.
The motion is recorded in the arlo app and everything on my android phone is enabled.
Help!

Is it possible that you have changed settings for Smart notifications? Check that in Settings.

Hi,
I've reviewed the Smart notification settings and they are all on.
Oddly, I'm still receiving notifications via email very quickly when motion is detected but nothing on my phone (android) or my wife's phone (iPhone).
Could it be anything to do with add my wife as an additional party to the doorbell?

Weirdly, I just saw a post where the guy found that logging out of the account that was granted access "fixed" the problem so you may be right - the second account could be triggering this.
I'd raise the issue through Settings, Support and open a ticket.
