Both my wife an myself sometimes have trouble answering when someone has pressed the doorbell. We get a notification that the doorbell has been pressed. Occasionally we do not get an actual call, so need to go into the app and select the microphone on the video feed. Sometimes we can't even do that - we get an error about streaming.

We have the latest firmware installed.

I am on version 5.0.1_28734 of the Android app, but this has been happening for years.

It often does work! So it is not a setting.

It has meant that a number of deliveries were missed.

Can you test this same symptom(s) while on mobile data with WIFI off?

I will try to do this, but as it only happens sometimes on wifi I also might get lucky on data...

I get the same error on data sometimes.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

I have made sure the app is up to date, the firmware is up to date, tried on wifi and data, restarted the doorbell and restarted my phone.
