I installed a chime 2 for our wireless video doorbell today and it works fine except I cannot adjust the sound. Even when I set the sound to low in the app it rings at the loudest level. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Are you using the Chime Settings found in the doorbell settings to do this?

I went into the app, then default mode settings, then adjusted the sound volume to "low" on the slider.
No change to the volume level. Still sounds "high".
Thank you,

PS I was trying to adjust the volume in the chime settings.
ah-ha...I guess I should have gone into the door bell settings and not the chime settings.
I made the adjustment in the doorbell settings, but no one is at the church now. I'll check it out this weekend and respond.
Thank you,
Chris Day

The slider on the chime and doorbell are both low, but it's still ringing as if it is still on high. Argh !

Hmmm. My chime settings is high but the doorbell chime setting is somewhat lower and seems fine. Maybe remove the chime and add it back again?

I'll give that a try.
Thank you.
