Cant pair chime 2 to arlo doorbell

I have an arlo doorbell wirefree and a chime 2. Both have been successfully installed and both can found under devices in the app.

When I want to pair the two, I go devices -> arlo doorbell -> pair chime. Here it doesn't show any chimes to be paired. I only see a green button to add a new chime, which allows to start a new installation, but will not pair an already installed chime.

Also:
- both are on the same wifi network
- both have been reinstalled
- tried two different phones

Is the Chime 2 online? Try rebooting the Chime 2 but unplugging and plugging it back in, then attempt pairing again. Do you still experience the same behavior?
