Cannot connect Alexa account

I cannot find anywhere from my Android apps to connect my Arlo account with my Amazon account

the Arlo Secure App experience with Library, use the Amazon Alexa App to enable the Arlo Skill:

  1. Ensure your Arlo devices are powered on and connected to the cloud.
  2. Launch the Amazon Alexa App.
  3. Tap More.
  4. Tap Skills & Games.
  5. Tap Search Alexa Skills.
  6. Type Arlo.
  7. Select Arlo in the Search Results.
  8. Tap Enable to Use.
  9. Log in to your Arlo account when the Link Account screen for Arlo displays.
  10. Follow the prompts to link Arlo with Alexa.
