Can I make the wireless doorbell wired?

I have arlo doorbell wireless and i want to wire it (the batter goes down too fast.) i bought a doorbell trasformerà, i set all wires and doorbell and also the app, but when i go in the app i see the batter still go down. Someone can help me?

What are the specs for the  transformer? We need to know the voltage and power (VA, (volt-amps) A (amps) or W (watts) ratings. Also, use a voltmeter at the doorbell to verify the voltage is there and correct.

I set Neutral to the 0 and the live on 24V and the wires direct to the doorbell

That should work. You may want to try the 8V selections if you're currently using either of the higher voltages since the available current in the higher voltages may not be sufficient.

The only thing that confuse me is this

On the amazon transformer page is written:

This transformer suits only doorbells with max power 8VA

 in alro  documentation talks about a 10VA power.
