Arlo says I am logged in more than one device

Arlo stated I was logged out because I was logged in two devices.  However I only

log in from one device with one account.

Depends on what you already have logged in with. E.g. If you have a mobile device with the app and you login on a pc browser it will say you are logged in on two devices, one is the browser and the other is your mobile app running in the background.

 If you then open the app on your mobile it will log you out of the browser as you can’t have more than one logged in session at a time unless it is running in background.

 

You can identify logged in devices by going to the app settings/privacy centre/ account/ active sessions. You may also notice expired chrome browser sessions which can be logged out manually.

I only use this on the app so it shouldn’t do that:  In addition, the app always logs me out too.

I've seen that in the past but not recently. Are you using 2FA?

Yes. I have 2fa on Arlo app

Check your login settings in your profile. See how many phones are listed - if needed, choose edit to delete extraneous ones. Just a guess here...
