Arlo essetial video doorbell (wire-frre) can only Connects to wifi and not to Arlo Base Station.

Hi, I have now tried to connect the Video doorbell hundred times with no better result. I can only connect the Video doorbel to the wifi and not to the Smart hub.

The Smart hub (VMB4540r2) Have the firmware: 1.16.6.2_982_e9ee661

And the Video Doorbell ( AVD2001Aer1.2) with firmware: 1.2.1.0_480_2bc43d0_b595c6d

The only network showing up during the installation in the app is my home Wifi...  so what to do?

I have done the factory reset and re-install as the instruction on support but still no better result.

Pls. Help.

Correct.  Arlo says they will add the capability to pair the AVD2001 with base stations, but that hasn't happened yet.
