Arlo doorbell notifications not working for my zones

Anyone else having issues with doorbell notifications not popping up. All settings are set, has worked for 6 months and now stopped notifying me when people enter the zones I’ve set up. Only notifies when right at my door.
Just had a replacement sent and this is the same… so confused as to why it has suddenly stopped.

Have you tried raising your sensitivity ore re-adding your zones?
