I originally setup my Doorbell with no issues.
Now the battery has run down and even after recharging it the doorbell won't connect to the Arlo Hub
I have tried deleting it from the Arlo app, taking the battery out and depressing the reset button with a paper clip.
When I run through to setup the doorbell as a new device I scan the barcode put the battery in, and then try to connect after pressing the doorbell button.
When I press the doorbell it flashes 5 times then isn't detected by the Arlo app.
Any idea what is wrong?
Regards John

JohnGaiger,
It sounds like the factory reset may not have been successful. Be sure the doorbell is charged and follow the instructions here to reset: https://kb.arlo.com/000062346/How-do-I-reset-my-Arlo-Essential-Video-Doorbell
After the reset is complete, attempt to onboard again to see if you still experience the same behavior.
