Arlo Essential wire-free random chimes

I have AVD2001 Arlo Essential wireless doorbell, over the last week it has been randomly Ching with no one pressing the button.

Also, are spare batteries still not available ??

This is often a symptom of a power issue, either with the power kit or the transformer voltage. Check your transformer to make sure the correct voltage is being supplied to the doorbell: How do I measure the voltage of my doorbell transformer?

It's not being run off a transformer / wire. Just from battery only.
